Nicely located in East Berlin, it's minutes away from Alexanderplatz, underground and some of the most famous Berlin monuments. Nothing to complain about here. Staff is superb. There's no breakfast at the hotel - my best advice here is to go to Alex restaurant (located in the bottom of the TV Tower), you can get buffet breakfast for 7 euros every day from 9 to 12.   The location is very good. It's close to many places one "should" visit in the city. The stuff was very nice too! The ground floor is nice, cause there is a (kind of) bar at night there, and many sofas chairs and tables. Also, the building has a beautiful internal open space too! What is more, the place is clean and the rooms (at lea - It was a nice place to stay, most of the staff are helpful and willing to help point you to find anything your after, well they try their best will only what they know of the city, open 24hrs, in the two nights there I never saw the saw staff, so they have a lot of worker and they all speak some English plus I think most know a few more which is helpful, a bottle of coke was €2, far less then the city, I would use them again

  Il mio giudizio sui servizi dell'hotel sono importanti ma relativi perchè consiglio l'Alexander Plaza in quanto è un "pezzo" di storia: i fatti accaduti in questo edifico nel 1943, e ben spiegati nella hall, sono coinvolengenti e resteranno un ricordo indelebile per me e mia moglie.   Absolutely excellent hotel, which is definitely on 5 stars level, helpful staff, ideally clean and nice designed rooms. Generally, the hotel was much better than expected to be. If I'll be again in Berlin, I'd stay there again and highly recommend this hotel for others. But this is not big problem, because there are a lot of excellent restaurants for any taste - Excellent location, <5 min walk to Gendarmenmarkt and 5min walk to German Dome. Closest metro stop is Hausvoigtel which is on a great line and can take you (without changing lines) to the Zoo or Ku-damm (shopping area). Wifi is free, stable, and reasonably fast. Hotel rooms are very well appointed and smart. Some great dining options closeby like Chipps for breakfast. All in all would stay again - really a nice hotel.
