We were surprised by the friendliness of the staff. As our child (3y) has a lactose intolerance we always travel with special milk; the staff agreed to keep the milk in their fridge and heated it for us whenever we needed (we stayed for 2 nights). Our rooms was clean, the bathroom spotless and there isn't so much outside noise as you would expect

Price in Kehl compared with Strasbourg with the same quality the Europa is very competitive.

location is good if you would like to visit Strasburg and avoid high price hotels in Strasburg like what we did this time. The hotel itself is also excellent. We stayed in a twin room, which is very spacious and clean. There is also a hidden kitchen, which provides some saving tips as well. -
