  Directly opposite Grenoble railway station & city tram is outside the door step. It's a pleasant 5 minute walk to the city besides the tracks so you don't get lost. Very quiet hotel with a coffee shop & many bar/restaurants to choose from. It is very close to the train and bus station. Perfect if you arrive late or your departure is early in the morning. Tram station also close, perfect for going to University campus. I guess it's more suited to friends as the rooms are basic (but have everything you need when skiing).
