  We had a view of the mountains. Beautiful. The place was quiet and the perfect sanctuary to get back to after a hectic day at the center.   The people were friendly and helpful. They tried to assist us even though there was a language problem. The walk to the site was an easy walk. The price of the accomadations was extremely reasonable. We stayed in Paris and the bathroom was 1/3 the size. It was nice to have a large shower rather then the small closet we showered in Paris. Staff were courteous and helpful and appeared to have a genuine interest in making stay as le as possible. The hotel is well situated for access to the Domaine and the town. C'est tres calme, tres jolie.We are regular visitors to Lourdes and will almost certainly return to Residence du Soliel.

  The location is absolutely perfect being only 10 mins walk from the Grotto but far enough away to be quiet and in direct view of the snow clad Pyrenees mountains. The staff are absolutely charming and great humoured and food provided for breakfasts and evening meals is fresh and well presented.
