  Manuel and Martine were excellent hosts, and the evening meal which we had at the Dormeur du Val was delicious, sourced from local organic producers. Breakfast/brunch was also generous and tasty. They have numerous interesting artefacts from their extensive travels. Manuel is a fantastic chef. They are friendly helpful & wonderful hosts.
