Staff was very helpful and friendly as well as very efficient. As a business solo traveller of some 20 odd years, this was one of the best airport hotels I have stayed so far. This place is exactly what it said it would be a budget hotel near the airport. The shuttle was marked, there was wifi in my room, (even though it did take a few tries to connect it) and it was enough bandwidth to stream shows. I just buffered them while I ate dinner at the restaurant. The room was small but sufficient and it was clean. -

I read the reviews and was expecting much less. I found it a GREAT value. If you need a hotel close to the Brussels Airportm this place serves your needs well and it was only 15Euros via taxi to the airport. -

The hotel was very nice and accommodating. Nice strong shower, heated
floors etc. The meal at the hotel restaurant was very nice and the
waiters pleasant. I had emailed before hand about a airport shuttle and
also reminded them of the 5:00 am shuttle needed at the front desk when
we arrived. In the morning, they had no account of the conversation.

However, they rectified the situation quickly by ordering a taxi at
their expense. This hotel is great if you need to be at the airport. -
Very close to the Business area with big companies nearby such as Nokia,
Verizon, etc. The restaurant is excellent and really gourmet. Breakfast
is quite rich with real and fresh Orange juice.

The hotel is very nice! Very nice big bed and good quality of bedding (pillows, cover). After the booking was done unexpected I had to take my (2) kids to the trip. I was not charhed anything extra for them! Thanks! - Large room with flat screen tv. Enjoyed the free drinks from the mini bar. Nice bathroom. Would definately stay again.
