Very friendly staff. Very helpful with info about where to go and places to eat. Very nice and perfectly served breakfast. Nice large room and bathroom.

Clean, tidy, quiet room. Incredibly friendly and helpful owner. Easy parking in front of hotel, and 2 minutes' walk from Sint-Niklaas main square, with pubs and restaurants.
Breakfast is very nice, and decent value, but I'd prefer a self-service buffet rather than having the food served at table, to allow choice, and avoid waste.
Tania was extraordinary friendly and personally, the information she had provided as a reminder as well as the helpful "where to eat, where to go" where just perfect. The rooms are very stylish, also the bathrooms. Breakfast was exact the quality you love at home on your own table: far away from cheap supermarket stuff, everything was fresh and lovingly decorated. For me: 11/10, just wow.
