  Staff was very helpful and friendly as well as very efficient. As a business solo traveller of some 20 odd years, this was one of the best airport hotels I have stayed so far. It was very nice experience to be made to feel welcome as a 'guest' for a change instead of a necessary evel visiting on them.   I read the reviews and was expecting much less. I found it a GREAT value. If you need a hotel close to the Brussels Airportm this place serves your needs well and it was only 15Euros via taxi to the airport. - Very useful location on the edge of Brussels (near airport) and a good stopping off point. We ate breakfast outside in the beautiful garden and it was a lot of fun. As we flew into Brussels late in the evening this was the perfect choice.
