From start to finish, my stay was quite enjoyable. I was comfortable, well informed and catered to. Staff even provided suggestions for certain details. The bistro was very nice and the food was delicious. -

Well located for our reason to visit Shepparton Vic. ADirectly accross
the street was the towns very modern rsl Club with excellent dinning
facilities and bars. Hotel was easy to find, in good order and room was
comfortable and clean -
We broke down while staying there and needed a late bookout nothing was to difficult would recomend to anyone.

Mandy remembered me from a stay 1.5 years ago which was amazing. She was also very helpful as i arrived late in the evening and also called me to see if all was ok as i was travelling from Melbourne.
I had some printing completed in the morning which was also no problems.

The staff were incredibly helpful and could not do enough for us, assisting us with early check in, and touring information.

the woman on the desk was so so helpful and friendly. the mattresses were comfortable and a general "good feeling" was found once the door opened...definately a case of "not judging the book by the cover" would recommend it totally. no traffic noise tho close to a main road.

The host was very welcoming and friendly and went out of his way to help me when my taxi failed to arrive when I left to catch my train. My room was immaculate, very clean, great bed ,tv bathroom, heating etc.
Breakfast choice good with tasty cooking. my walk to town took 10 minutes, an easy walk. I will certainly stay again.
