Our car had broken down just outside Newcastle (had to be towed) causing us to be late arriving at Hotel, with only 1/2 hour for a quick change to attend a family wedding. Staff were fantastic making checkin QUICK, and booking a taxi to get us to the church on time!! Room was lovely, but unfortunately we didn't have time to enjoy & relax. Lo

I appreciated the following:
1.Comfortable pillows and bed.
2.The extra bedside reading lamp with the on/off switch in easy reach.
3. Decent size coffee mugs in addition to the normal small cups.
4. Room was a decent size and well decorated and well lit with both natural light and light fittings.
5. The balcony was excellent, private and with an ocean view.
6. Short distance from the beach.

The staff were so helpful, friendly and most attentive. Even a request for a snack at 1am after having attended a concert was no problem. The freshly prepared chicken and avocado triple sandwich with handcut chips and aoili was so good.
The location was really well situated and so enjoyed seeing the activities of a working harbour. -

Room was clean and tidy, Staff extremely friendly and helpful, we were even able to check in half an hour early.
Bed was like sleeping on a cloud, we woke well rested .

We stayed there for one night only and love everything there, especially the restaurant - food was just superb! We should admit that we have never before eating in the restaurant and adore every bit of the dish. We stayed in middle floor room with ocean view - that was really amazing!

Room was good with good facilities. We had a small problem with the toilet and staff moved us to another room very promptly and efficiently. (As it was a weekend maintenance staff were not available). Situation very good. Breakfast was fresh and tasty.

1 bedroom apartments are spacious, have basic cooking facilities. Location is close to a number of restaurants. The gym is outstanding for a serviced apartment, lots of machines and a good range of equipment. The pool is also a centre piece and is a nice way to finish off a days work -

The location was convenient for our purposes. We had a villa so there was plenty of room and a kitchenette to prepare our own meals. Our Villa was located well back off the road and was very quiet. -
Close to Shopping center and takeaway. Spacious room, cooking facilities.

Loved the size of the unit as well as having multiple bathrooms so people could get ready. Within walking distance of racecourse and Beaumont St as well. Very quiet and had everything you need for a short stay or a few days. -
Excellent quiet for my son's study. Exactly what he needs.for his next year in Newcastle. Other son had a great time also

Staff very friendly, polite and informative. Central location walked to marina, shops and clubs. And loved the old pub heritage front withe the modern 4 star motel!!! -
Friendly check-in, although had to get into the pub. Super close to bars and restaurants (Darby street and also waterfront). Overall very happy. Good beds!

the staff, cleanliness and quiet enviroment. although is not very near from city central zone, there are bus stops just in front to go and return and the bus service is excellent. the trip to centre town takes about 15 minutes.
