Friendly helpful staff. Breakfast at the recommended street cafe was vast and best value I had in whole 3 week trip. Although this isn't in centre of Brisbane it is ideally located.

  Ottimo hotel, molto pulito in un'ottima posizione centrale - Room looked basic from decor perspective but had facilities over & above what I expected (tea & coffee, mini fridge, iron & board). Everything worked & room v v clean. Asked for "high & quiet" room which I got. Arrived an hour early & was offered alternative room... cosa dice la gente » as opposed to original room booked which wasn't quite ready. Reception staff v efficient & helpful, location was perfect. All in all v pleasant stay, have recommended to others already! - Amazing for the price. I was a bit nervous after reading some of the negative reviews but this place is a gem. Cheap and right in the heart of the city. The room was small but perfect for a single. Air conditioning, TV, kettle, fridge, wardrobe, iron, ensuite and quiet. I've paid twice this for a comparable room in a comparable location. No hesitation in recommending and will definitely stay here again. - I read lots of very negative on-line reviews about this hotel; so upon arrival, I was apprehensive. But I was surprised - location was perfect for the price I pay. Service was good and my room, towel and linen were clean. I would recommend this hotel again to any solo traveller especially ones on business trips. I wouldn't recommend it to a family on long holiday trips as size of standard room is small.

We had the trains and buses at the door and only a block away from Kurilpa Pedestrian Bridge which gives access to the Southbank with only a 10 min walk. Lovely furnishings, dishwasher, dryer,and washing machine. I appreciated that the improved things for me this time. I liked that the heating and cooling was so easy to control and fab location.

  I really enjoyed my stay here, the room was big. Okay I had been upgraded to a larger room but it was big which I liked. Didn't hear traffic noise although very near a busy road. The bar has a nice outdoor area overlooking the street, a nice place to refresh and cool down after wandering our Brisbane on a warm day. - The staff made our stay amazing, nothing was an issue. Every request was actioned so quickly. Everyone was very friendly and that made such a difference. We will always stay at the Pullmans. Service was just amazing.
