The friendly family atmosphere which you notice as soon as you walk through the door, the cleanliness throughout the hotel, including the bedrooms. The staff were so friendly, approachable and helpful which made my stay very pleasant. -

The apartment was better than I expected, tidy and simple with all comforts. With in close range to many places of interest for us so getting about was easy. The location was great. did not have to drive through city to get to any theme parks. Steakhouse (a must) short walking distance, as well has other restaurants. The heated pool was a great way to relax after walking all day. Asked for Ground level room and got one (even though there were stairs to get there) was easier with 4yr old.

My grandchildren and i stayed for 5 nights, and we had a great time. We all love the pool, and the unit, and the vicinity of all shopping, beaches etc. -

Proximity to what we were down there for, access to public transport,

Units were a nice size with a generous amount of kitchen cooking utilities. Reception was always more than willing to help with bus routes and it was cheaper to book most Theme Parks and shows through them. A short walk to a small local shopping area or a short drive to larger ones or just wonderful to take a walk along the canals or water front,

Excellent value for money and lovely quiet location. Shops within walking distance with an awesome coffee shop. Apartments exceptionally clean and beautifully furnished. The views from the balcony can only be described as 360' and the
best on the gold coast. I recommend upgrading to the penthouse, we
booked the villa but when we got there found it unlivable. Brad was
great and upgraded us to 15th floor, hence why I say pay the extra

Whilst the building is a little dated, the accommodation, facilities and outlook (fabulous views of the Broadwater) exceeded our expectations. The apartment itself was a little tired, but had every necessity and was absolutely spotless, sheets and towels were as new. Brad, the Manager, could not do enough for us. Thanks Brad. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

I enjoyed my stay at Atrium. Our room was very comfortable and although I thought it inconvenient at first I did like the extra security with the key to open and shut entrance to car park. Loved the rooftop area with BBQ and the heated pool. Very good value money and would not hesitate in recommending to family and friends. -

Despite it's age and perhaps in need of redecorating, Rays is comfortable, clean, close to shops & beach. The staff were friendly and helpful.I won't hesitate to stay again. Loved the walking paths alongside the water just across the road. Nice for a quick swim after walking. Loved the fireworks I could see from my balcony -

I liked its quiet location, the value for money and secure parking. I also liked that the owner made a special effort to contact us to sort out keys when he would be away from the resort. -

We stayed in the deluxe seaview appt, room 18. Immaculate spacious appartment, modern, stylish, seaviews from all rooms, two bathrooms, great kitchen. Undergournd secure parking. We were out at the theme parks during most days, and didnt use the pool which looked inviting. The beach is just over the road.

Bayview is far enough away from the busy Surfers Paradise but close enough to theme parks, shopping, walks and other attractions. The apartment was beautifully kept and a good size. -
The manager was very helpful and a really nice person ,always makes your stay alot better. The apartment was beautiful and clean and had a lot of space, we would definitely recommend this place to our family and friends to stay . it's a home away from home.

Customer service were friendly. Location was awsum. It was a 2 - 10 min walk to restaurants,shopping plaza,takeaways and parks, playing area for the kids and markets.So yea great location. Beach was across the road,no waves or anything, its more a channel but still can swim there. Awsum. Enjoyed my stay. -
