Convenience to public transport, easy to get to anywhere if you don't drive, shopping within walking distance, comfortable, clean, and staff very friendly and helpful. Heated pool for winding down at the end of the day.

I read all the reviews before I booked it. I must say I was completely
satisfied with my experience there. The rooms were good, (nothing to
elaborate, but then the price would not have been what it was). The beds
were very comfortable. The continental breakfast was a great value,
helped save money on food, 1 less meal to buy for the kids. I loved

when we booked the hotel it was so cheap that I looked at reviews online - some were pretty bad - so I was worried - all I can say is that the people who wrote those reviews can't have anything better to do with their time - for the money we paid it was an excellent hotel - with free breakfast included - we stayed there for 3 weeks and the staff were always friendly and helpful - whatever time of the day or night - the rooms were cleaned every day and the beds were comfortable - it's not a 5sta

the staff was very accommodating and pleasant to work with. the maids were very good and work in a timely matter. the room was old but cozy. and I really like the fact that you allowed my dog to stay as well. I never leave home without her. and where I needed to be while I was there I found that your hotel is nicely located within a 2 mile radius

This is small hotel on a nice quiet street, which I last visited 9 years ago. The new owners have recently taken over and lots of changes have been made, (the bar and restaurant have been updated and new child water play area is a work in progress).

Friendliness of staff - the reception team were great, -
Second time here...the kids used the pool this time and loved it..Never
hear any neighbors at this hotel, not in the hallway, above or next to
us, ever. Love that. Plenty of parking (even though they charge you for
parking and a "parking tax" on top of that) the spots are big
and you are not crammed in. Room was clean and comfortable.

These premises were close to Disneyland (about a 10min walk across a
carpark to reach disney downtown). There is a bus that departs right
outside the hotel if you don't want to walk! (Art bus line)
The room was clean and tidy. As we had a room at the back of the property, there was very minimal noise at night from traffic.

I have no complaints at all. Everything was great. My room was very clean, love having the mini fridge, coffee/tea maker and microwave in the room. The location was perfect for me because it was very close to the covention center where I took part in a business event. This place is also great for families who want to be close to Disneyland. It's also a great place to go if you want conserve money. Convenient store next door as well as 2 restaurants. Enjoyed my time there.

The office person Jimmy was very hospitable and helpful, even though we checked-in after midnight. - Very safe lacation close to Disney park. No problems at all.

The front desk clerk was very friendly during the whole stay. She offered us a bag of snacks and water since the hotel does not have continental breakfast. There were a few concerns during our stay, but the front desk clerk was able to resolve quickly. Will be more than happy to return there during our next visit. -

The staff was very friendly and very service oriented. They helped as needed, even letting me keep my car in the lot for several hours after I checked out. The location is great! Walking distance to Disneyland and Anaheim Convention Center. Restaurants close by. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. -
