Room was spacious, recently remodeled (or at least appeared to be),
clean and staff was pleasant. Continential breakfast was as expected.
Close to major shopping and the theme parks. -

I read all the reviews before I booked it. I must say I was completely

the staff was very accommodating and pleasant to work with. the maids were very good and work in a timely matter. the room was old but cozy. and I really like the fact that you allowed my dog to stay as well. I never leave home without her. and where I needed to be while I was there I found that your hotel is nicely located within a 2 mile radius

Loved everything about this experience.
The staff were amazing - so friendly and helpful above and beyond the call of duty. We checked in at 3am after missed flight home. Airline lost our bags and we were shattered. Night receptionist was amazing.
Free shuttle to and from Disneyland was amazing service. -

The area was OK, but the management made us safe as they would not allow any roamers, so if they did not recognise you, then you were asked to leave. This was a BIG PLUS. fresh sheets and towels, vacuumed and my daughters toys arranged nicely
Microwave and half sized fridge was a big help. Staff gave us beach
towels to take to beach and even a beach chair! Beds were comfortable
and clean, mattresses were new.

Wonderful and friendly service, in fact some of the better customer service we have experienced worldwide. I am neurotic with cleanliness of hotel rooms so I am always dubious when paying budget prices but the room we had was spotless and easily gets a 10/10 for cleanliness! I would recommend to family and friends and happily stay here again. -

As soon as the room was ready, Gary gave me a call again that the room is ready by 10 am. I highly recommend this place. Look for Gary, the owner, he is so nice.
