In a fairly safe location (believe me, I checked with lots of people), with friendly and helpful staff. Windows that open easily and both a fridge and microwave in the room were nice. Bed was soft. Lots of fresh fruit at breakfast. I didn't go there, but it seemed convenient to have Margie's Diner so close by. -

The manager was extremely helpful and charming. We stayed two nights,
the room was spotless and the bed and facilities were of a high
standard. We had an upper floor room and there was a lift which was
unusual! Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. It was good value for money,
and was the nearest place we could afford to stay near Carmel /
Monterey.

Great spot for an overnight. I was really surprised how nice the rooms were. The carpet was really the only thing that let the room down. Bathroom and room was clean and comfortable. Perfect for a couple of nights if stopping over. -

I would like to commend Sarah, their evening staffer, on her outstanding customer service. We stayed the night of July 22, 2013. There was a mix-up with our reservations (my mistake, not the hotel's), and she helped us get it resolved quickly and professionally. The room was clean and comfortable; I'd stay there again, and recommend it to friends.

What I like the most was the truck parking that was available at the rear of the lot.I drove to the rear of the lot.I parked my truck and trailer. took my motorcyCle out of the trailer and I enjoyed the cities of Salinas and monterey California.

The good hotel in given price range. It is very well maintained.
The complimentary breakfast was very tasty - the brand coffee, various kinds of snacks and cookies.
The spacious room was clean, equipped with fridge and coffee maker. The Wi-Fi connection was fast and reliable. The heated pool and whirlpool were clean. The hotel is easy to find

Conveniently located and very good value for the price. The room was
clean and well equipped with a hair dryer, toiletries, good linens,
alarm clock, space to move around. Great temperature control and water
pressure. I requested a quiet, first-floor room and they were kind
enough to accommodate me. It was just what I needed, no problems, no
hassles. Amiable and helpful front desk staff.

We asked for an extra bed as proposed on letsbookhotel.com. But this was not
possible when we arrived. They offered us a good price for a second room
with an door between the rooms. Staff was informing us where to go and
where to eat. -
Friendly service and when I first opened the room, it smelled and looked really clean!
