The Buffalo is an old-fashioned, neon-signed, pull-up-to-the-door motel like people enjoyed in the 50s and 60s. It was clean and fun in a nostalgic way. The television was up-to-date, and there was a microwave and refrigerator. It met my needs for this trip perfectly. -

the delay in our check-in. The room was clean & comfortable &

The seductively low prices led us to think we would be in a bog standard motel. It is much superior. The breakfasts are proper set-you-up jobs and keep you firing for hours. The staff are sweet as you like, the rooms are generous with both space and kit. The location is superb. -

Very clean, employees were polite, smiling, friendly, and helpful. At first, we were disappointed that we didn't have a better view of the bay. Then we realized that very few rooms in most of the hotels had "front row" rooms. So, we used the Baymont Inn for breakfast and sleeping and actually spent time on the beach. In our opinion, the Baymont is the best value along the bay front. Breakfast was good and front desk was friendly and helpful. R. Blair

Despite being extremely busy for the Labor Day weekend, the front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. No attitudes, which is a welcome change in today's customer service. The elevators broke down and the young maintenance man was doing his best to get everything up and running. It was clear he was working extremenly hard in the hot temps. Ho

This inn was a good location with very clean facilities. The front office was helpful and answered all my questions. The room was large with a separate area from the sleeping area which contained a desk, table, microwave and refrigerator. The price was economical and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

The facility needs much updating. It has a great concept and wonderful staff..but the rooms need more than patch repairs to raise its stsndard.

I usually try to stay at Red Roof Inn when I'm in Lubbock on business. The staff is great they go above and beyond your needs. There maybe needs some updating but as far as comfortable you can't beat it. Nice place to stay
