Rooms are comfortable, clean, and quiet. Full breakfast with waffles, egg omlettes, sausage, gravy & biscuits, bagels & cream cheese, coffee, juice, and more. Flat screen TV and swimming pool. Next to I17 FWY but no sound at all. We have been here many times and find no reason to go elsewhere. -

It is located literally 5 minutes away from the airport and as expected, the neighborhood is a bit industrial, with very little to do, so don't expect any views, but it is ideal for spending the night before a flight. The room was updated, clean, comfortable, modern -- so much more than we expected for the price. As an older motel (still cute) we were surprised to enter a room that was so well updated for that price. Nice surprise. The breakfast in the morning was great, nice to have oatmeal. Also the staff were terrific. Great shuttle drivers, super fellow on the desk when we arrived near 1am. All around lovely experience. Highly recommended.

Super 8 was well worth the money. We only stayed 2 nights but was a pleasurable stay. Bed was comfy and the room was a good size. We had a car so it was easy to get around Pheonix, if you didn't then it would probably be abit far out but then again there's taxis and a bus line not too far away! Would definitiley recommend to everyone and would stay here again if I was visiting!

Their staff do their very to assist their customers. They're also very friendly & go out of their way to ensure all needs are met. (That's everyone from the mgr, desk asst, maid/maintenance.) I am handicapped, and when I was unloading my car, the maid (Liz) stopped her duties to assist me to get my things into my room. And always said hello when I saw her. I come for a 21 day stay (2nd yr) for a conf/other reasons & I know I'll always have a pleasant stay there. I am grateful! Patty

The staff is very friendly and helpful. My room was great and very tidy, there was everything I needed. The hotel is located just less than 10 minutes walk from the city train stop, that connects you easily with the Airport train (2 stops) and the downtown (around 5 stops).

I went to this hotel at night around 11 pm and the guy was very kind to help me to check in and gave me the wifi passcode even i did not ask. And the room has big bed, freezer,micro-wave and a big mirror. Even the room is face the street, I still think it is very safe cause there are two locks for the door.

Loved the price but I most loved the staff. The hotel was overbooked
with a line out the door. You had the most amazing staff that kept their
cool and used problem solving skills to accommodate their customers. I

Linda, the front desk clerk was extremely helpful and allowed us to change rooms after we just checked in and got the toilet plugged up. She also found a remote control for us after we switched rooms without complaining. All in all, it was a very comfortable, cost efficient stay. We were only there one night, but will definitely go back whenever we travel to Phoenix again.

I slept at the Americas Best Value Inn Downtown Phoenix for two nights in February 2013. I really liked the nice rooms where you feel very comfortable. Location is really good, you're 5-10 minutes walk (young couple ;) away of the center of downtown with a lot of options for restaurants, shops & attractions.
You can see they are trying to put new life into downtown Phoenix. It will take more time but it's already worth visiting.
