The front desk manager was incredibly helpful and friendly, and he went out of his way to bring us bottled water and sunblock as we had told him we were in town for the Coachella festival. The room was recently renovated, clean, and felt modern. It was incredibly easy to drive to and from the festival each day in about 30-45 minutes. I would definitely stay here again.

I loved the room. The king size bed was very comfortable. I called the front desk because the TV cable didn't come on and I also needed an iron an a nice young woman was there within 5 minutes. Nice large room with a view of the pool complex. Nice lounge chairs and some shade around pool. Expect it would be great for people who want to golf in the morning and relax in the afternoon. This is a beautiful hotel setting and within walking distance of downtown. The breakfast is delicious, the atmosphere is wonderful, the view from the pool is gorgeous! We love staying here and will definitely be back. -

This is our 3rd stay. Front Desk Manager Vivek is always very customer service oriented. He remembers us. Hotel has a great location with a little liquor store around the corner, which is good if you want to get a morning coffee. Hotel is a short distance from downtown Palm Springs, but away from the noise. Room is big and clean. Bathroom is remodeled, all white with a window.

My daughter and I were visiting friends in Palm Springs, we stayed two nights. Our room was on the ground level opening up to the garden and the pool area, we could not hear the guests at the pool only when our door was open to the patio. We had breakfast in the room and it was very good. The beds are really nice with soft bedding and many pillows

The Hotel was in a great location. The staff were nice and very helpful! Ordered room service and it came really quick! According to my boyfriend the Spa was very nice, clean and the staff there were great! The price was not bad at all as we booked the room for the same day to spend Father's Day weekend there! We will definitely be going back!!

I have stayed here before, and the property is right in the core of the downtown action. I was able to walk to a great restaurant ( Roscoe's ) across the street, Starbucks was 2 doors down, the pool was clean and the room was fine- I used it for sleeping, not entertaining the elite -
