I appreciate great customer service, which is what we received from every staff member...Becky at the front desk and Domingo the head chef went above and beyond to make not only us, but every guest feel special... We loved our stay especially the fireplace and the size of the room. The breakfast were fresh and satisfied all taste. A couple we were with had to have a jump start on their car battery and an associate came and helped us till we were able to get it jumped. Without his assistance our friends would not have gotten their car started. Thanks so much,

Walked in, Jane and Chelsea offered us warm cookies and tea! Our room was nice, large and had cross circulation! We could see the beach, ever so slightly but felt the breeze. The facility is in the perfect location to enjoy the Central Coast for wine tasting, Hearst Castle and the quaint town of Cambria with it's shops and restaurants. The staff was so professional and helpful. The rooms are decorated nicely, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast buffet was outstanding they had "Philosophy" brand toiletries which are very nice. You can walk across the street to walk along the boardwalk above the beach or take the stairs down to the sand to look for "Moonstones

the hotel was clean, bed was comfortable, fireplace in the bed area of the room. nice atmosphere. staff helpful, breakfast adequate. can walk the boardwalk down to the beach from the edge of the property. overall feel of the hotel was relaxing and comfortable-a true boutique feel. would definitely stay here again.

The room was very large with a separate lounge area and a small kitchenette. The location was great next to some fabulous shops selling local artwork. We enjoyed the hospitality and unique way we were treated. The morning breakfast was served with a family smile from the lady in the kitchen. the evening wine offer is a very generous and it was served with outmost friendliness and the company of ms. Terry asking us if she can do anything to make our stay more pleasant was just about the best touch to everything else in your hotel She made a difference in our trip and we will remember it for life.

Beautiful location for a romantic night's stay. Walk along moonstone beach boardwalk (less than 50 yards from the hotel), watch the sunset and then eat dinner in the moonstone grill just next door (good margaritas). Everything! We loved this place. The owners are very kind and friendly! The rooms are renovated lately and are in a very good condition. The whole hotel smells new and looks very stylish. We loved the afternoon wine&cheese, tasting the delicious wines of the area on the garden seizing the look of the ocean. There are lots of restaurants pretty close to the hotel, and a visit to "moonshine" is a must.

Well we stayed for 3 nights in a king room that had a 40 inch flat
screen tv which was a nice surprise. There was a fridge and microwave
and a small coffee maker but the coffee provided in room was really
gross but they offer free coffee in the mornings in the lobby. The view
was great, the size of the room and bathroom were comfy, everything was

Just spent 3 weeks travelling around California in 11 different hotels & this was by far the best value for money hotel of them all. Ideal halfway stop whilst traveling along the Pacific Highway, nothing there other than Hearst Castle. We had sea view room which was large comfortable & clean, everything you need for a stop over. Decor may not be to everyone's taste, but hey folks wake up & smell the coffee, for $70 with breakfast this was a bargain.

The rooms were FANTASTIC! Best place I have ever stayed in! The décor was soooo serene and peaceful. Beds were so comfortable; we slept like babies. Very Clean & well supplied! We absolutely loved it. I am even thinking of decorating one of my rooms at home the same way. Staff was so wonderful-gentleman at ckin and Carolyn. Continental brkfst

The quaint motel and warm homey environment on the gorgeous Cambria
Coast made this a very special place. Seals were on the rocky coast 10
feet from the shore.... The wood boardwalk made for a nice stroll along
the coast. The local Italian pastries available with the self serve
continental breakfast were an enexpected treat! Route 1 runs right
behind the motel it it did not bother is and I hate road noise. Overall
a charming place ... Taking one back to the California coast of
yesteryear !!

What was there not to like? White Water Inn lived up to its reputation
and glowing comments. Our 2 nights there were so comfortable, sun
shining through the window as we ate our fresh and warm breakfasts and
looked out onto the ocean. Cleanliness beyond anything experienced.

Everything was fantastic! Staff was friendly and very informative about what to see/do in the area, where to find shopping & dinner. Room was cozy, clean, and inviting. Bed was comfortable and we slept great and woke up rested. After a wonderful stay, I went out to pack the car and found a little note that they had cleaned my car windows for me. Nice touch.

The location was perfect, right on the waterfront and close enough to walk to shopping and food if you wanted too. There was a pretty good continental breakfast with plenty to choose from. The staff was more than willing to answer questions about the area and make suggestions about what to see.

As mentioned the value for the area cannot be beat. The staff is always
wonderful. Having the restaurant on site is nice touch. Also free good
coffee in the morning is nice. An employee named KIm took care of a
barking dog whose owners had left by calling their cell and getting them
back right away. Go Kim :) -
