  The owner (I supposed) is nice and friendly, excellent location for shopper who wish to stay close to the factory outlet mall, Denny's is just opposite of the motel, wifi connection is good and fast. - It was the least expensive hotel in the San Francisco area.   The person at the front desk was friendly and noting we were an elderly couple very kindly worked to make sure we had a ground floor room. - It was very clean. The room smelled nice and clean. The bedding was warm and light weight. Very comfortable.

  We arrived at the motel about 1 pm not expecting the rooms to be ready Dilip couldn't have been more helpful he said that one of the rooms was nearly ready and 1 would be about 5 minutes he also helped to carry the suit cases up the stairs .breakfast was very nice with a waffle maker ,toaster ,cereal little cakes ,fruit,tea, coffee and fruit juice... ce que les gens disent » s.the room was clean and nice hot tub and swimming pool. - The motel is at a very good location especially it is very convienent to the outlet, walking distance. The room is big and clean. The bed is comfort, both my husband and I were very happy to select this motel.

  The staff both day and night were exceptional. Very friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere was so relaxing. Loved easy access to laundry, pool and jacuzzi. Located close to everything one could need. The staff at the Ramada were the best! We also stayed at Best Western in Santa Cruz. Rude staff, other than the maid for our room.   Obviously not a 5-star affair, but when Monterey was overrun for a festival, and there wasn't an affordable hotel room to be found for cities around, this was exactly what we needed and slightly more affordable than expected, especially at the last minute. - Good for one night. Room was fine, good bed. We weren't kept awake by the truck drivers.

  I recommend them to the Gilroy Elks for a event that they will have a lot out visitors to Gilroy. - Every thing was great. Would stay at this place any time. We had a very nice night.
