Very friendly and helpful staff. When I made initial reservations I asked for a first floor room as my wife has COPD and can't walk but short distances. I was told there were no first floor rooms available. So I was given a room that was next to the elevator on the 4th floor. Upon check-in,, to my surprise, my room was on the first floor. My thank

The Sea Bay was a great value for the money. The entire staff was wonderful and courteous. I've stayed at many places in Ocean city, including higher end, more expensive hotels and the Sea Bay was the best experience by far! Everyone was friendly, our room was clean and comfortable. The beach and bus stop was only a block away.

The first thing I would like to say is the hotel held nothing back when
it comes to getting a good nights sleep. The hotel had

I really like how clean it is and that the maid service comes everyday
and cleans up everything!!! I like the amenities the pool and the hot
tub are great! I love the beach access right outside the atrium doors.
Overall this is my favorite hotel in Ocean City because of cleanliness,
the room sizes are nice and big and the staff is very friendly :) We had
a great stay :) We will def go back :)

Hotel was surprising clean. Staffs were. very friendly and helpful. My gf and I stayed in the king suite and it had everything we need including a kitchenette with pots and pan along with the utensils. The beach was a block away and the hotel provided free beach chairs and towels. The pool was a bit small but it was fine. Surrounded by lots of stores and seafood places. Would definitely book here again.

The staff at this hotel was VERY friendly and happy! The FULL SIZE refrigerator (& small kitchen area) were extremely convenient as well as saved us quite a bit of money being able to keep snack and drinks in the room. The rooms were very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. The week we stayed was senior week and we were unaware of it the first night which goes to show just how quiet it was there. The groups of friends that were there for senior week were also courteous and no loud partying. There was one fire alarm while there remember it was senior week. We were all you g once at least it was in the afternoon.

I loved the location of Coastal Palms. Although the front of the hotel faced a busy street, the rear (where our room was located) was perfect. We had a balcony, a view of the ocean and the beach was literally a couple of feet away from the hotel. I noticed an added feature; a beach house which Coastal rents, which is even closer to the beach.

We loved the hotel! Great location close walking distance to everything we wanted for my sisters bachloret weekend. It was nice and quite not rowdy like usual hotels in such areas. The staff was great very attentive to anything we needed. They were also very personnable. Breakfast was great as well. LOVED the pancake maker. Great investment. Thank

above and beyond helping me with questions I had about the Ocean City

Renting what is essentially a small apartment with 2 rooms and a full
kitchen really makes the stay so much more comfortable. Each unit has a
private hot tub! Plenty of other amenities like an indoor and outdoor

Loved the set up of the rooms. They were clean and comfortable. The location of the resort was great as well. Very convenient to all ocean city and Delaware have to offer. Unfortunately I was unable to utilize all the resort had to offer because we spent most of our stay at a cheerleading competition at the convention center. Will definitely be back to enjoy the resort and the area again.

Staff was very accommodating when it came to the bad smell from the first room. We got upgraded to an 8th floor room, with an ocean view, and a fireplace. It was the off season, so the fireplace was nice. The indoor heated pool, and hot tubs were very nice too. -

Stayed in the oceanfront hotel room and had a great view! The room was a decent size...2 queen beds and a pull out full size sofa. Nice balcony to sit and enjoy the view, refrigerator, microwave and small coffee pot. I liled that my accommodations were up graded. All my request were met. I liked the convenience of food, swimming, shopping, beach all in a great location, not to mention free parking. -
I liked that it was clean, friendly and very accessible to everything. The $3 all day bus was the best.
