  Went for a quick overnight trip with my husband for a short babymoon. We stayed in a deluxe room with an ocean view. The room was spacious and included a fireplace. It felt like we were the only people there. I realized this is because the hotel was mostly filled with elderly couples, but it was very serene nonetheless. The reception however, were able to arrange a room for our friends. This is a very good hotel with an excellent restaurant and facilities. The rooms were of a very high standard with lovely views. Overall, albeit we only stayed one night we wished we had had time to remain longer.

  The morning front desk lady was very funny and friendly! The hot tub was clean and certainly hot but a bit short on the bubbles. The rooms were standard fair rooms. Location is great. Room overlooked the bay. Expresso coffee shop next door. Short drive to yummy food. - Friendly, helpful staff knowledgeable about area and recreation.   The view of the bay was wonderful but the big tree cut the view and should be cut down. We had a choice of patio or be close to the pool area....that was perfect as we loved the spa & pool. The grounds were very well maintained. The beds were comfortable and our room was quiet all night. We were there midweek maybe that was why it was so q... ce que les gens disent » uiet and peaceful. In 1996 my husband & I were there for our honeymoon. He passed away in 2008 so this time I was with my best friend of 50 year - This appears to be an older property. The Deluxe King room was adequately large with a working fireplace all ready to start. Room had lots of light and views of Bodega Bay and the surrounding hillside. The complimentary breakfast at The Tides Restaurant was very good, also with views of the bay. The room was clean and airy with many windows you could open for a nice breeze. The grounds were nicely landscaped.
