Very professional, polite and helpful staff where nothing was too much for them. Very clean and comfortable hotel with excellent services. Ate regularly in Ginger where food choice, quality and presentation were first class. Coopers bar was lively, showed excellent sport and held a very wide range of beers. Thia is a really WOW Hotel , Fantastic facilities, heated pool . High professional Staff especially Mr Rami from reception who suggested an upgrade to business suite for additional 100 Dhs which we did and enjoyed more the magnificent stay ,, Food is excellent but it cost a lot unless u reserve it in advance with letsbookhotel.com on half board b

All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Pool facility was a bonus. Taxis and right outside the door. I paid less for a six night stay here than I did for a three night stay right next door at the Staybridge Suites!
I did not have time to use the restaurant but the room service and pantry quality of food were

Location for my work at Airport.
Front desk staff were all very patient and efficient (especially as my booking wasn't recognised!!). Bar staff all very friendly. Swimming pool a bonus as it was particularly hot and humid this trip. I like the 24 hour deli for a quick sandwich or coffee. The business facilities were useful to me again.

Nice friendly staff, generous sized apartment with nice bedrooms and en-suites. We stayed a week before Christmas and the staff put on a beautiful carol service in the lobby. We ate in the buffet restaurant and ordered room service while we were there, there was a good selection and something to keep everybody happy, which is not always the case w

The Coopers bar/restaurant was great. Service was fast and attentive just at the correct amount. Location for where I was visiting each day was perfect, but nothing else around.

The room was spacious, clean and well equipped with essentials- toiletries and kitchen utensils, definitely fit for a long stay for business or to take a tour around the city. Food was great - one of the reasons I love about this hotel. -

We had a wonderful experience. It is a unique and modern design facility. The Hotel was very clean and the service was extremely good. The breakfast, the pool and the gym -fantastic. Further the hotel offers a good aerial view of the city of Abu Dhabi. -
