The hotel is well located on the promenade and close to the shops and Great Orme.
We had a twin room (38) at the rear. It was well appointed and although there was not a great deal of space it was certanly adequate. The furniture was of good quality as was the decor.
The bathroom was not large but modern and clean.
The hotel's public rooms and restaurant were of a good standard.
The breakfast was excellent.
I would certainly reccomend the hotel and would happily stay there again.

Room had a lovely sea view and close to town and was walking distance to Orme and tram ride to summit. Weather was beautiful and a lot going on with the Victorian Extravaganza weekend. Breakfast was adequate and staff were attentive.The new owners having been there for only six months were striving to improve hotel and with the refurbishments they have done have improved the presentation immensley. The location was ideal for the theatre. The staff were very friendly we were offered a room at the top and as there was no lift we asked to be moved which was no problem at all we were moved to the first floor.The food was very good and the hotel was ultra clean.Would definitly stay there again.

Owners were very friendly and helpful. The twin room we had was very spacious and comfortable and on a lovely quiet street within a few minutes walking distance from the town centre. There was also somewhere to put my car and the breakfasts were lovely quality and nicely cooked and presented. -

Warm welcome, nothing too much trouble, excellent breakfast, beautifully furnished throughout. Bedroom spacious, stayed in rom 6. Travelled by train, so location very near train station was ideal for us. quiet street, but very near town centre and sea front. East, superb Cantonese restaurant near train station, added bonus. Llandudno is a great resort, with so much to do.

Very friendly, helpful staff. As I had booked 2 rooms, at once, they were treated as 2 separate bookings through letsbookhotel.com and so were not together. But the receptionist seeing we were a family went out of her way to find a room that would be closer to the other one.
