  A very short walk from the train or bus station. Premier Inn is very clean and appears to be newly built. We were met with a smile and a friendly attitude. They are very energy conscious and the first thing you notice when you get to your room you need to use your card/room key to activate the main lights. OK by me. The cereal was in a clear plastic container with a dispenser at the bottom so y - The staff who greeted us were really delightful, friendly & knowledgeable. The decor in the restaurant/bar areas is just lovely. Our rooms were perfectly clean & tidy & a positive must go to the cleaners who were lovely when we encountered them also. Breakfasts were fine. Special mention to Stefan in the restaurant bar area.....he was just beautiful the way he dealt with an elderly couple who were sitting next to us. He is a special asset to your hotel.

  This Premier Inn Inverness West has got everything the weary business traveller needs. The hotel has been recently re-carpeted the rooms are large and clean with flat screen t.v., tea making facilities, a medium sized bathroom, 30 minutes free internet (take a GBP 3,- voucher for 24h) and everything gives a clean cut Premier Inn impression. We booked for family visiting us and ourselves, altogether party of 7 people, a one night stay at Inverness West -whilst visiting Loch Ness. Our overall initial impression excellent, plenty of car parking & warm welcome from reception. Good sized rooms & bathrooms, crisp white sheets and air con. Nice touch with shower & hand gel refills on wall. Breakfast was FAB! Choice of continental and/or cooked with Costa coffee machine. Althou
