Clean, comfortable, safe and plenty of parking and very convenient for my purposes. I would recommend it in future. - They were very accomdating after the booking system made an error and over booked the family rooms. Very impressed.

Excellent location, large parking just outside of main entrance, well designed reception and huge rooms that could probably fit one more double bed in it. Tea/coffee tray in a room had plenty of coffee sachets and tea bags unlike other hotels that would only have one or two. Also, bed is huge, much bigger than we expected. Will definitely come aga

The staff where all very freindly and nothing was so much trouble. We will definatley be going back, we only stayed for one night but will stay for longer next time.
The room was very clean and comfortable and the restaurant was good value for money.

Stayed 18-20th July 2013 room 210. Had a great stay here. Arrived a bit early at 12.30 but there was a room ready so we could check in. The parking is right next door in the NCP multistorey carpark. Unfortunately the carpark lifts are out of action but that's NCP's fault. The hotel validate your parking ticket so it only costs £12.50 /day. The ro

We walked through the door to be greeted with mince pies and mulled wine and a friendly and festive welcome to us and our grandchildren.
The member of staff who checked us in understood our needs (my husband is disabled) and those of our grandchildren and put herself out to ensure these needs were met. The hotel was busy but we felt we were treated as if we were the only guests. We expect Mariott's to be comfortable and clean,

Although the room was small for 2 friends sharing i think it would have been perfectly sized for a weekend break for a couple. The breakfast was lovely, with lots of choices available, although a longer time period for breakfast would have been better.
The rooms were very clean and tastefully decorated, and the location was great for both a day at the shops and a night on the town!
I would definitely stay again and recommend to friends.

These brand new apartments are located within walking distance to the city centre and the train stations,they are very well equipped with modern furniture and appliances. I also asked to check in earlier than the usual time and I was punctually met by Daniel who showed me the apartment and made sure that everything was working fine before leaving.

Fantastic hotel, one of the best I've stayed in. Staff couldn't
have been more attentive and professional - little touches helped like
giving my son a kiddie's pack on arrival and a voucher for room
service milk and cookies. Breakfast was brilliant, lots of choice and
again great service and staff were really knowledgeable about the area.
Pool and spa were immaculate and really nice, room was good size, well
furnished, everything worked. It was a super hotel.

I booked this apartment as my daughter had a heart operation at Bristol Children's hospital which was in walking distance. The staff were very helpful when we requested an extra bed and also extended our stay by 2 days. The apartment had everything we require for a family of 4, comfortable beds, good showers, lovely toiletries, washing machine, iron, leather couches. It was very secure and Tesco's was literally around the corner. The bus station is very close by and Cabot Circus mall is in walking distance.

The hotel has a great location for those wanting to explore the city, especially good for the shops with Cabot Circus a 5 min walk away! Staff couldnt have done more to make our stay! Rooms were clean, beds were extremely comfortable and i really liked the bathroom. Rainfall shower and bath was brilliant. -

Piscine - Although we only stayed for one night and our actual time in the hotel was very brief, both my partner and myself were totally impressed with everything that we saw. The Spa was lovely and relaxing plus spotlessly clean and there's a clever little machine where you can dry your swimming costume, unfortunately it ate mine, but that's another story! Plenty of free parking too, which was a bonus. Definitely recommend!!
