La situation de l'hotel. - Localisation was perfect - so close to the waterfront, close to shopping area and not too far from the Agora. Very nice an clean rooms. This is one of the best hotels i have stayed at. Arrived very early and the staff allowed early checkin. The reception staff was very very helpful and attentive. the location is marbelous!
Close to everything, the bazar,the coast,shops, restaurants, coffee shops, etc.
they didnt send the van to pick us up at the airport ,but the cost of the taxi was reinbersed.Also they gave us a smoking room against our solicitacion.Then we were moved to an upgraded non smoking room . They make mistakes but they have the will to fix them inmediately

Around and rooms are quite soundless. Size of room was good and enough. Cleaning is perfect and also all staff is helpfull and friendly. However, if you don't like food menu of hotel, ordering food from outside is a convenience. Hotel where is the city center, makes everything more easy

BROWNIE - this is the first thing I remember about KAYA - the best brownie I have had was served in their lavish breakfast spread. I loved it. Staff was friendly - they returned cash back when we cancelled the third day due to change of plans and also packed an awesome breakfast due to our early departure. Overall our best stay in Izmir. -
