The hotel, was very nice, the staff were friendly and were very helpful. Upon arrival, i was welcomed very politely, which made a good start to my holiday. The rooms were kept very clean each day, by a team of nice cleaning staff, that were trustworthy, when ever i left anything of value in the room, that i had not put in the safe. I would recom

The fact that as a returning guest I was upgraded to Executive floor in the Ocean Wing and that hotel had retained all my details from previous visit 3-4 months ago.I plan to return - Everything at this hotel was great. We had a fantastic holiday. Thestaff there is extremely nice and helpful and the pool team is the bestI've ever met.

the room was being cleaned properly every day. the staff is very friendly and helpful. the hotel facilities (restaurant, lobby, pool bar) are very cosy and nice. the berakfast is very tasty. the hotel location is good and its price is very budget-friendly for the down town. -

Location is good. Very easy to get food area, local market, supermarket, tourism streets/attractions, Tiffany show and Pattaya beach. From here, we can easy to find out an outdoor/indoor restaurant to enjoy the evening or walking from tourism areas to quite side.

Staff is friendly and room is clean. Location is good, which is near to Tiffany show. Quiet too, which allows a good rest. Tuk-tuk can be easily seen on the beach road, heading towards walking street. Money exchange & 7-11 is just around the corner. Safe box and other facilities work well. A short 5mins walk to the beach. They have additional 2 pool towels in each room which is lovely. Breakfast is simple, but good enough (their fruits are fresh & juicy).

The hotel is real good value for money with friendly staff. The rooms are large with decent sized bathrooms and flat screen TV. The lounge & bar is air conditioned which is nice for a cool drink. Very nice roof top terrace with pool for cooling down

Hotel also provided us daily free mineral water, fruit juice, singha beer, coke and milk. Remember to consume it everyday. There is a DVD player in our room, we can rent the DVD from the downstair library. It is amazing.

Hotel is in general looks nice and clean at all. Staffs are friendly a specially at reception. Location of the hotel very close to biggest shopping mall in Pattaya (Central Mall) and 15-20 minutes to Walking Street. -

rooms are very clean and spacious, but the best part is.. the rooftop swim-up bar was awesome! upon arrival, the hotel upgraded us to a jacuzzi room even though we only booked a regular deluxe room, they also went on to surprise me with a birthday cake as it was my birthday, which was a very nice gesture. it feels like a 4 star hotel with a person

it was was a very nice holiday at Tims Hotel, very very nice hotel and great staff. I even forget some of things when I left for Bangkok, but they brought it to me for free, excellent service.

The LK Empress was quiet, clean and the staff were professional and courteous. They even let me check in early, (at 8.45am), instead of the normal time of 12:00pm, seeing my flight arrived in BKK at 05.30am. Really good value for money. Hotel is located just next to Alcazar. Staff is really friendly, professional and helpful. They have 2 public pools and 1 private pool for certain rooms. Next to the main pool there is a bar and you can order drinks (prices are really affordable!).

Staff is excellent! Rooms are average but clean and all the pools are nice. Food is pretty good but as always hotel food is slightly expensive compared to eating out of the hotel. Overall a great hotel in a pretty good location, we will return.
