Very quiet and comfortable. staff are lovely, English language could be a bit better but we had no problems at all. Food in restaurant is reallllyyy good and very well priced. Try the massage, we loved it and had one every day at 5.00pm. Thank you all, especially Khun M (?) the manager. -

Villa de Pai is so peaceful. The huts are right on a flowing river. A hammock on the verandah was hard to ignore! It was literally 2 min walk to everything you could possibly need. Fantastic shower and loads of hot water. -

The staff were exceptional.I had a sickness bug and we had to stay an extra night as I was unfit to travel,the staff could not do enough for me,e.g. Giving me Thai herbal remedies and checking on me all the time even though my husband was with me.Pai town is just perfect for us (we have been there many times) There is something for everyone. -

The hosts! Kati and his girlfriend were very accommodating and friendly. Their bungalows are located about 3km SW of the main. Walking streets. nice to be off the main drag. The guest house is near the town center and it offers free bicycle riding so it's convenient to hang out by myself.The room is also tiny,well equiped and Thai style design.What's more,the owner of the house is so nice,cute and warm-hearted that we became good friends.We drank,chatted and laughed together while the computer played some rock music at night which is really amazing.The small town and friends there gave me an unforgetable and incredible memory which always calls to my mind.Thank you

If you are looking for somewhere to party and be in the thick of the Pai bars and nightlife - this place is NOT for you.
Also, if you're wanting a place which has all the whistles and bells on it (bar, hot tubs, swimming pools etc) then don't expect this because this place has high review scores that it'll have all of those things.

This is not the Ritz. It is a great little place in the hills behind Pai 'City'. Only 15 mins walk to town. The staff are great, and it's great value with breakfast included. They'll pick up in town when you arrive as well. I've extended my stay twice, and probably will again.

The room was clean and spacious and beautiful decorated.
The guesthouse is in the center of Pai which is its advantage and its disadvantage as it was very noisy. Breakfast was small but delicious.

This place is great! Very clean and nice private rooms. As usual the beds are hard but that's the same we have found in the entire N Thailand region. The staff is great but do not speak English. Easy walk to the walking street night market. Breakfast is included and is eggs, toast and ham. Coffee is instant but included. Great place to stay!
