Location is incredible, a five minute walk from the beach. Our cliff side bungalows were beautiful and clean with amazing views. Check in and out were easy and hassle free. Staff were efficient and accommodating, as well as friendly. -

The view from the villas was lovely and the infinity pool was amazing
(and usually deserted). The elevator to take you up and down the
hillside was an adventure in itself and not too much of a pain (as you
have to wait five minutes at the bottom if you call it when it is at the

The resort is located on the side of the mountain with a view to the sea from the porch , very clean, very friendly stuff and manager , a really relaxing place. beautiful pool.

dissapointd . The location is brilliant right on haad right beach the
quieter at night part of the beach but a few mins walk from the party
end aswel . The staff are excellent always willing to help wit the
booking of tours etc. and overall anything you want to do on koh phan
ngan . The rooms are clean always and a good size and the air con works
excellent which is needed in Thailand. I would defiantly stay here again

The place was amazing! Extremely friendly staff!! It waaay exceeded our expectations. We originally booked for 3 nights but had to leave 1 day earlier and the manager was kind enough not to charge us!
The pool was kind of on the beach and its view was super! Lots of young adults were staying in the hotel so the over all atmosphere was very nice.

(1) great position, near the main city, not far from hat rin beach, where you can find longtail boats;
(2) clean, nice bungalow, super nice staff (we got 2 free upgrades!);

We had one of the garden cottages. I liked the fact that this meant you couldn't really hear neighbours etc when asleep. The private beach was small but nice and quiet. -

Absolutely gorgeous hotel - like a peaceful oasis in the middle of crazy Haad Rin! Such good value for money considering what you get. Lovely location away from the hustle and bustle of Haad Rin. Shuttle service was available but it was no more than a 10 minute walk to the centre. Only a handful of resorts on the small bay meant the beach was quiet and chilled. No passing traffic so it was quiet all the time. Good buffet breakfast. Tokay geckos calling at night were brilliant.
The resort on a whole was lovely. Our bungalow was up a few steps but this meant privacy and peace. I would definitely return to here.

Everything about his hotel was great, couldn't have asked for better
service from the friendly staff. Really enjoyed our stay here during the
Full Moon Party and the location was perfect. Just at the bottom of the
full moon party with a stoll down the beach (5min even less) hardly any
noise from full moon party once back at hotel and in our room.

The staff was very friendly and helpfull. It is placed in the middle of sunrise beach, very nice place during the day (white and slim sand, nice water but no interest for snorkeling) and the night where full moon parties take place once a month but the rest of the days there are restaurants and clubs to hang out.

The room was clean and spacious, the staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the lady at the reception. The hotel has a nice pool and is close enough to all of the action in Haad Hin Nok (full moon party beach), but far away enough that you could sleep without being affected by noise. I'm definitely stayinga there again when I go back to Phangan next year.

If you're there for the full moon party then it is the perfect spot. Right on Had Run beach. Even if the full moon party isn't on, it is still directly on such a beautiful beach with plenty of bars and restaurant along the beach. -
We stay at this place for 5 nights after moved from the place next door that have too many insects in the evening.

I'd go back to Hua Laem just because of Tom & Tik! Tom can't
do enough for you, and Tik is the most amazing cook! They're the
most friendliest couple and they made our stay so enjoyable. I stayed
with a friend over the full moon party, and due to the comfortable and
sociable restaurant area (which had beautiful views), we carried on
travelling and plan to meet up again with a group of amazing friends we
made! We've only been gone 3 days and all want to go back already.

We read a lot of bad reviews about the staff at sunrise and decided to
take it anyway. They couldn't be any nicer too us! Friendly helpful
and were literally running to take care of our needs. Located on the

The staff were very friendly and polite. The beach and surrounding area was peaceful and quiet. A great place to see the sunset.
It was a 10-15 minute walk to the main area or you can hire a motorbike for 150 baht a day.
The room was fairly good value for money as it was clean and well looked after.
The free wifi worked well (in the room and even on the beach).
I'd certainly stay there again upon my next visit to the island.

This is a stunning new well run hotel. Loved the colour scheme & design. I had room 8 which was a beach/pool view room & it was an incredibly beautiful view. The friendly staff couldn't help enough - esp with booking ferries - nothing too much trouble. They were fast to respond to email for port transfer. The breakfast was fresh, enjoyable
