We really enjoy our time in tanote villa. Its a great olace!!! The staff in the frontdesk were so kindly! Its far from downtown but you have 2daily free transfers from the hotel, at 8.30 am and 1.30pm, so good to take them if u want to visit the center of ko tao. We stayed in a new room, so if you are going now, you will enjoy a totally new space!

Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, bright and airy with air conditioning, TV and safety deposit box. The restaurant was good and fairly priced. The pool area is great and the view from the infinity pool is amazing. Free transfers to and from the ferry piers.

Quiet place with private beach. You can snokel in front of the hotel and
there are kinds of fish. Room is clean, comfortable, brand new and well
designed. My family enjoyed stay here and would like to come back.

Our bungalow was well equiped (even with a dvd player and a safe), clean and lovely decorated. The shower worked fully (which isn't characteristic of Koh Tao), the stuff was friendly, the breakfast varied. The surroundings were tended and the beach was clean and not overcrowded. I would come back to blue diamond.I can fully recommend it to others.

Excellent location, close to the pier and maket area still one of the best clean beach right in front of the hotel.The corals can be seen by just snorkelling 20 m into the sea, kids freindly, good staff and good service. plenty of places to eat at nearby restaurants.

reception from the pier and they sent transport immediately. All the staff have been exceptionally friendly and helpful. Having read the reveiws it was no surprise that the hotel is on a steep slope. We booked a standard room which was a bit on the small side but clean and comfortable, if larger room required book deluxe or sea view.

Excellent snorkelling just off the beach. Sea view and hut was brilliant and spacious. Pool area and design of hotel was amazing lots of areas to relax in. Staff very friendly and helpful. Loved the San Francisco golf buggy ride.

The hotel was absolutely great! Perfect location, right on a beautiful beach and a 2minute walk to all of the restaraunts and bars. The hotel is right next to a beach bar that has beach parties at night and I guess it may be a little noisy if you are staying nearer to the beach end of the hotel but we couldn't hear it at all from our room. My wife and I had an amazing time. We stayed in one of the newer condos next to the dive shop. Although it gets a little loud late at night, it wasnt anything that ever kept us up. The pool was great and the Dive shop was even better. Very experienced crew of divers, friendly and exactly what my wife and I were looking for in taking our open water coarse to become PADI certified. My wife would say we stayed in the best resort on the island... but we never made it to the other side

The area with the restaurant and the swimming pool, right on the sea, was simply amazing !! You must see the sunset from there!
Our room was also very nice with an amazing sea view. The staff was always smiling (and that's not so common in Koh Tao.....). We didn't like so much the atmosphere in the island but this resort was absolutely perfect! T

Fantastic location on the beach, only a short walk from restaurants, bars and evening entertainment. We were greeted at reception with an ice cold drink after a very long and hot journey. I would definately stay here again.

Huge brand-new room (Garden Villa) close to the sea and all the cafes/bars/bike rentals/diving schools along Sairee beach.
We forgot the charger in the room and only figured it out three days later, we called reception and they sent it to Samui with a ferry next day - was very nice of them

The location is stunning. and the trip to and from the resort is a highlight. We stayed in one of the bungalows and found it a little noisy at night with generator going from 6-6am. you have to get out during the day to miss the hoards of tourist boats that converge on the bay to dive and play making the place a little unpleasant. however this giv

Wonderful staff. Free 20 minute boat trip to main village, twice daily. The prices for dinner in the restaurant were very reasonable (considering the resort is isolated), the food good and stunning views. The bay and beach is beautiful- clear water and deep- perfect for snorkelling and diving.

Almost everything! The staff were super nice and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, complete with all necessary amenities. The staff we dealt with were fantastic. 3 of the ladies at the desk couldn't do more to help. We were assigned a room upstairs and inquired on being put in a downstairs room. They changed it immediately and without a single fuss! The rooms are so clean. It is quiet but right on the doorstep of some wonderful bars and restaurants! Brilliant. It was our second stay as we loved it so much a couple of weeks before!!!

when I booked this resort I pictured where it was as we have been to koh tao before, but we were pleasantly surprised. koh tao royal has its restaurant on a very beautiful piece of beach, with lots of shade trees with great snorkeling and swimming. the staff are so friendly and make you feel very welcome, the bungalows are behind the restaurant

The resort is located exactly by the sea in the beautiful unspoilt nature although it is not far from the centre. No motorbike or cars' noise only birds and the sound of the sea. The service and the staff was perfect they do everything in favour of the guests. I will definitely go back in the future. Thanks for the wonderful memories!
