Service, people, nothing to complain -
The hotel has its own car park (included in price). The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was very quiet at night, so we slept well. Our room had a balcony so we enjoyed a lovely view of the mountains in the morning. Breakfast is fine with good service. -

the view from our balcony was stunning. the room though small was really neat and kept well for the guests.
there is a restaurant in the hotel, and served good food too. outside hotels there are lots of shops and restaurants, if u just want to explore grindelwald this is a perfect place, and its a value for money too.

We loved the location, just across from the station and central to everything.
As 2 couples, we had the adjoining rooms with shared bathroom between rooms. This worked very well as each bed room had its own hand basin.
Included buffet b/fast was excellent offering a good variety including scrabbled eggs, bacon and lovely fresh bread. We also enjoyed the meals in the downstairs restaurant, where the staff were very friendly.
Big bonus, it has an elevator.

This is a lovely, family run hotel, typical of ski, hiking accommodation in this area. The Cabana is a not a large hotel and has a quiet atmosphere.The staff were very helpful and friendly, the South facing rooms have fabulous views of the Eiger and are clean, comfortable, with a spacious balcony. Fantastic view of the Eiger. Excellent breakfast provisions. Very nice home-baked bread, fresh fruit ,cereals, yoghurt, meat and cheeses. Also offered a cooked breakfast. Staff were helpful and able to provide an iron/ironing board when requested.Ample parking. Within walking distance of town. Overall the best accommodation within our 6 week holiday.

We had a beautiful stay at Berghaus Bort. The alpine views from the room was just amazing. This hotel is off the beaten track so dining options are limited to hotel restaurant which serves really good food. It is an ideal location if you are looking to just embrace the nature and hike in the mountains. Hotel wad renovated recently so Rooms are great and clean.

We stayed for two nights and felt our stay to be one of the best during our 8 days trip to Switzerland. An excellent and well managed family run hotel, which maintains the best standards they can. Friendly staff who loaned my wife a pair of gloves when we went up the Jungfrau railway and who made us feel really welcome.
Free parking round the back of the hotel. Don't park in the spaces with meters at the bottom of the sloped drive but go up the slope, drop off baggage at the front door and then continue round to the parking spaces at the back.
