  We went to this hotel 2 years ago. They made a mistake with our booking so when I complained about it, the Manager of the hotel agreed to meet me and he gave us a room upgrade for free. The Food is top quality with a great variety and the staff cannot do enough to help you specially if you are travelling with small children.   Perfect location, city centre, but in a quiet street. Spotlessly clean, comfortable, tastefully furnished and equipped with all the necessary amenities, dishes, cutlery,high speed wifi... It was not a problem for them, they helped us with the suitc - We spent 1 week in Valencia in this apartment. It really felt like home. Everything was perfect. Even there were umbrellas in case of rainy weather. Btw, we had 5 rainy days. The owner and his help are very kind people, always ready to help. The Central Market is 2 minutes walk. Almost all the sightseeings can be reached within 15-20 minutes walk. The beach can be reached in 20-25 minutes by bus. It goes from the next street to the apartment every 10 minutes or even less.   I thought the place was fabulous as it consisted of a brand new, low rise building, housing 12 apartments in a beautiful garden full of palm trees, collected from all over the world and all meticulously labled. There was wonderful roof terrace and also enclosed social room with comfortable sofas and wide screen T - Just to say we both cannot praise Pablo the manager highly enough as he was excellent. We traveled to the apt via a car hired from the airport record go (will not use them again as no satnav available to hire crazy!) due to this we were unable to fnd our way there and pablo bless him came out of his way to guide us to the apt. What was even better we managed to borrow a gps off him as he was so kind and took pitty on us (left him a bottle of whiskey as a thank you). The location is amazing its

  We liked the friendly welcome from Nacho who is incredibly helpful and kind. We loved the supreme comfortable beds and pillows and how well equipped the apartment is. The decor was perfect for our taste in fact our favourite colours. The level of security is first class and the local shop 2 mins walk is an added welcome bonus as is the restaurant Barbera. We will - Comfortable and completely equipped appartment with all necessary facilities, incl. washing machine (washing powder available) which we used after nearly 2 weeks travelling around Spain, ironing equipment etc. Very appreciated welcome by Nacho, explaining us all important topics about town as well as appartment and surroundings.
