Good walk to a lovely beach, you get used to walking back up the hill or a taxi only costs 4 euro.

The apartments were lovely. We were surprised to get as much room as we did. Nice balcony which we could see the sea. And the apartments were clean.
Food was good okay but not much variety however we all enjoyed the food that was given.
Right by the beach and a short walk away from a few bars.
It also said in reviews that there are cockroaches.

Complex was amazing. Beautifully laid out, small and personal, very quiet. Lovely big apartment overlooking the wonderful lagoon pool. Exactly as it looks in the photographs. Location was great with everything on your doorstep. The people in Tenerife were all so friendly. Highly recommend.

Location, as we had a rented car and we could travel everywhere by car, but I saw a lot of restaurant nearby anyway.
The view is fantastic, the sound of the waves too, 10 out of 10 for the spectacular view.
The furniture is old but still fulfilling the requirements, everything worked.

Excellent value for your money. Apartments with basically but sufficiently equipped kitchen,everyday cleaning. The aparthotel has its own carpark (car is recommended as the hotel is not in the centre, approx. 15 min. walk but a few shops and a supermarket nearby). Good starting point for travelling all around the island.

Lovely comfortable newly refurbished flat (very comfy bed) overlooking the Plaza and a stone's throw from the beach and cafes and restaurants. Lots of proper shops, cash point etc not just souvenirs. Taxi rank at top of hill. Cinthia who looked after us was brilliant even though she didn't speak English.

The Colonial atmosphere of the whole city, with yourselves just on the edge, and included. We were just amazed at La Laguna City and we loved it, much different to the rest of Tenerife. We have lived here for 11 years and was our first visit from Playa San Juan. Well done on your lovely Hotel, we will come again. -

... ce que les gens disent » there for a quick break with my little boy for just 3 nights. The accommodation was clean with plenty of space and a separate bedroom and lounge/kitchen area. This was great for us as I could put the little guy to bed and still sit and read for a while without disturbing him.
The staff were very friendly, especially those in the kids club. Big thanks to the girl in charge (sorry can't remember her name) and Javier who stood in for her. My boy loved it even though he was only one of 2 kids t -
Contrary to other previous reviews we both felt this hotel offered
excellent value for money, the pool was massive and overlooked the sea.
The apartment was a good size and exceptionally clean. The staff were
all very polite, friendly and courteous. We were attracted to the short
20 minute taxi journey from the airport as we were only on a short 5
night break. Yes the hotel looks a bit outdated from the outside but we
wree very happy and would probably book there again in the future for a
short
