  Well appointed, Monica was very helpful and friendly (above and beyond), well kept gardens and complex. The wellness centre at the adjacent Santa Ana was excellent.   All positive. I had a wonderful week at this lovely hotel. I was travelling alone but there were at least three obvious gay couples staying at the hotel. No one seemed phased at all. La Gomera is not especially a `gay`place to visit...but utterly gorgeous.   Apartment complex is very pretty. It is a quiet place and just 7 minutes walk into the Veultas area with bars and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again. the pool area is lovel and the breakfast very good and very good value. This hotel was very convienient, being set in the town just a few minutes walk fron the seafront, Canary Sail office and set very close to restaurants and the general 'buzz' of this town. The breakfast has a limited choice but it is adeq - Typical Iberian business/holiday hotel. Splendid giant marble bathroom with toiletries, large terrace with view on the street front, good sized bedroom (superior room paid for), reasonably priced restaurant. 5 minutes level walk to ferry.

Breakfast of local produce is available on request, but cooking facilities are also provided in each room for self-catering. There is a sun terrace on the roof, although it is difficult to tear oneself away from the cool courtyard balcony. This is a beautifully quiet oasis within the authentically Gomeran village of Agulo managed by Denis and Veren - If you are going to La Gomera you shall stay here! It's an old Spanish house which has been renovated and is rented now. There are five cutest apartments in it, and all needed stuff in each one. Also there are laundry, dryer. And sunny terrace in the roof with nice view. There were fresh mango, bananas and passion-fruits everyday in summer (for free), good wi-fi in the patio and silence for all day long. Owners are very hospitable and helpful. Thank you very much, Denis and Verena!
