  Perfect stay, every employe is so nice and they are trying to make youre stay so perfect as possible. Almost nobody speaks english but they are doing their very best. The palacio is really beautiful and well rebuild in old style. The rooms are authentic but comfortable. PERFECT.

  I would like to thank The staff particularly Belem for meeting and greeting us on the start of our Camino de Santiago at Moncloa. We were sent on our way with a list of Posadas de Camino (and our next night booked) and with two lovely apples. Our room was very comfortable and just lovely. Highest recommendation and thank you. Andrew and Pauline , Edinburgh - Lovely old heritage hotel with lots of charm and character! The staff are all very professional and want you to enjoy your stay! The food is delicious and the garden eating area is sheltered by tree branches and vines. Their shop has a splendid variety of local wines, relishes and small gifts. I loved the tree cozy!!
