  A very cosy and comfortable hotel. As far as we understood there are about ten rooms in the hotel and it is located in a historic building in the heart of the city. There is no lift in the building so you will have to go up the stairs to the fourth floor. We stayed there for one night only on our way from Kostroma to Helsinki.   The staff made my three week experience in St. Petersburg fantastic as all of them were so willing to help in any way possible for my many requests for directions and information. Tatiana and Juliana went out of their way on many occasions to speak with me in English translating all kinds of materials. One staff member is always on site making this small Guest house very safe and personable. - It is an apartment located in an old building but with new and very nice facilities. Just across the street from the Hermitage. The price was a little over, but still in a very reasonable range comparing it with traditional hotels in the same area. Each room has a new bathroom, and there is a share kitchen fot only four rooms. The personal is very attentive. Excellent choice.

Affordable price. Friendly staff. You can use the kitchen 24 hours a day. You will receive three towels (for body, face and feet), soap and toilet paper. Note that the hotel occupies floor 4 of an abandoned building without an elevator.

We loved the breakfast, there are 5 choices and served at your preferred time. Wifi is good.

  The location is virtually the best in Saint Petersburg. Very easy to find, very close to the metro, the main street full of restaurants and 3 minutes walking from the Hermitage Museum. Very clean, very simple, shared bathrooms (but clean) and a normal breakfast.
