Everything was great as usual. I stay in this hotel every time I travel through Moscow to Europe. Staff is very helpfull and friendly, rooms are clean and have big space, rooms also have slippers and bathrobes which is quite important for the comfort in general. Used the novotel because of its location to SVO airport. I was positively surprised about this nice hotel, its renovated and refurbished incl rooms, restaurant and reception. Rooms and bathroom are modern, space is OK and its quiet. Restaurant was not overwhelming but OK. you can walk or take a shuttle to the terminals.

We misread -
Good value for money. Stuff is very friendly and helpfull. The hotel is brend-new. Nice room. Stuff can supply you with iron, electric tea-pot etc. Free bus from metro Skhodnenskaya every 10-20 minutes. They prolonged time for night bus untill 23, every 50 minutes. Breakfast is excellent!

please note in your site you do not describe that the deluxe room is in village. In village spa is not included and it is far away from spa. So I suggest you correct it. Manager honoured me a hotel room for the price I have booked with you 6555 instead of 6900 ( I have stayed before direct booking this price)

This was the best hotel experience I've ever had. The people were wonderful and very helpful in dealing with the language barrier. If I ever return to the region I will stay at the Avshar Hotel.
