We stayed in the apartment, as a complimentary upgrade from the hotel. The apartment was nicely furbished, pretty clean and very spacious. Breakfast was good, lots of options and always full. Also, the spa room is decent, the pool is average is size, the jacuzzi was functional and clean, also the sauna was working and it was great! Internet conne

Wonderful hotel, perfect location 2 steps from the slopes, really great service (staff was most attentive and made us feel welcome). The spa is nice and clean. Food was good and we also discovered some great Romanian wines! Really good holiday, I will certainly recommend this hotel to my friends!

Le calme - we found the hotel to be very stylish and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful - The staff was really cooperative since we had little children and too many issues occure all the time. I liked the fact that they tried so hard to give us the spirit of Christmas with gifts,songs and a giant Santa that welcomed us every day.

The stuff was friendly. I really liked the location, the hotel is
situated 5 min walk from the Hills. The breakfast was pretty rich.
Moreover, the weather was great and I really enjoyed my stay ! After
we'd checked out, they let us use the first floor and they kept
our luggage during the day . That was sweet. I would choose this
hotel again . -

The breakfast was perfect for our taste and they have brought it to the room which was very sweet.
The room was big and clean and the Jacuzzi thumb was quite nice.
It is within walking distance from the resort center and the cable car.

Excellent location, friendly staff , open minded towards traveling with
pets( we were allowed and welcomed to stay with our 2 dogs, free of
charge ), great hospitality (although we were only 4 persons and we
booked a 2 bedroom apartment, they invited us to stay in a 4 bedrooms
apartment, with no extra charge, even though they had available as well

I'm already a commune client and I can say it's really comfortable to come and stay within this hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the facilities and location are quite good. -
The location is veri nice, quiet. Nice rooms. Very nice spa. Excelent breakfest. Very frendly stuff (our room was not ready and they give us un upgrade).

The appartments are great from all points of view. We had a hudge appartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a very nice living. Cosy, spacious, very suitable for a family with kids. The personel was very kind. Breakfast is very good. Ammenities and spa also great. I really recomend the AppartHotel Alpin if yoy travel in Poiana Brasov. -

Excellent hotel, brand new, pleasant colors, nice view, quality accommodation at low prices to Poiana Brasov, splendid location ,very clean, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, thick carpet on the floor. mini fridge. modern tv, free wifi, free parking. Breakfast- very rich and fresh, very polite staff, elevator, all this very close to center of the city.
