The hotel's great location above tube station and next door to the limousine airport bus, just so convenient. Staff incredibly helpful and friendly, always going the extra length. We stayed at the Hilton Tokyo Bay in late Oct 2013, and glad we did. It was a nice to end a trip where our accommodation was superb.
We stayed in the 'celebrio' room which was perfect for 2 people, the hotel itself is situated in the Tokyo Disneyland Resort and offers a shuttle to and from the theme parks' station. Even though, it's about 20-25minute train ride from tokyo cbd, because of the amount of trains available, travelling outside of the area is no problem. FYI the monorial for the tokyo

Excellent English was spoken .. When we finally checked in it was a breeze. Good sized room even with an extra bed in it. We had a view but more of the Disney car park. Courtesy shuttle from monorail traction to hotel was an added bonus .. It is up hill walking to the station was ok.

Wifi is free in the lobby but for Y1000 you can get it in the room with the bonus of being able to have 3 devices use it.
We heard no noi -
- very conveniently located just opposite to the Monorail Bay Station..can easily walk over ..otherwise they also have shuttle service to the station every 5 mins
- Airport shuttle has a stop just at the hotel, very convenient!
- we have rooms facing Disneyland can see firework at night and also we have rooms that face the bay front

The Concierge, Mrs Fukazawa, was truly excellent. She has superb English and she is always excited to help with any question. She has excellent ideas for how to help her guests and thinks well ahead to ensure success and comfort. Fukazawa-san is a real treasure of the Sheraton!

We were fortunate enough to meet Ishida (I think he was a concierge).
We had o oarganise extremely urgent flights, taxis & transfers coaches to Niseko. Having someone like Ishida who showed initiaitve & outstanding customer service was a complete god send to us at a very stressful time.
We thankyou & all of your staff for having at least one to two staff who could speawk clear English

didn't have an ice machine anywhere in the building but our friends

The hotel has many wings and rooms with different profiles. The cheaper ones are standard Japanese business hotels, i.e. very small, cheap, functional. The more expensive ones give more space and luxury. Both offer good (if not extraordinary) value for money IMHO.
The unique selling point of this hotel is that it's a 3min walk from Shinagawa station from which you can get Shinkansen to Kyoto/Osaka, and Yamanote for pretty much anywhere.

Great, efficient, very friendly, clean. Note that there isn't wi-fi but there's a computer to use. You can't leave your bag for a while once you'e checked out, but if you're staying multiple nights you can leave it throughout the in-between days, if that makes sense. Still giving this five stars because everything promised was delivered to the highest standard. This was our second stay at Tokyo Kiba Hotel - and this is really the best variant for saving money not for waste!
The hotel is located very close to Metro station. The access to the main stations - Tokyo, Ueno, Ginza and Akihabara takes about 15-20 minutes.

The sleeping capsule was very nice. The sitting-areas (breakfast-salong). The smokers place in second floor, on an outdoor stair with view to a traffic section and the under-side of a concrete road, and buildings. Mens spa has a proper pool. Several very good 24-hour convenience-stores near the hotel.

We chose the hotel for its good connection to Narita Airport Access Line for our last days in Japan. Kurama Station is only a few minutes away. The staff was extremely friendly and supportive. We had trouble with a broken suitcase and they managed the exchange for us, so that we could enjoy the day in Tokyo. Also the view from the bath on the Skyt

It was our first night in Japan. The room and bed was very small. But it was nice and clean. It is a standard business hotel, like you find everywhere. The restaurant was very nice. It was close to Asakusa Station. The temple and market is in 10 min walking distance. Good train connection to explore the city. The area can be a bit quiet in the evening.

If you're reading this in English, you're probably considering a capsule hotel just for the experience... and it IS an experience. Expect to see lots of exhausted and frazzled business-types. The Green Plaza is fastidiously clean and well-organized. -
