  Great location close to Ueno park and also short distance to Keisei Ueno station where you can catch the skyliner to Narita airport.Travelled with my daughter and we had a twin room, with beautiful view over the pond and park. Room was tasteful and clean,though small but you are in Japan now.Helpful staff,though my daughter speaks japanese so ever... ce que les gens disent » ything was easier...Next door is Korean restaurant,which was good and the bakeryshop at the hotel ...yummy!Breakfast was good and enjoyed it a lot.Wou - It was our first stay in Tokyo and I suppose that it is the best location to stay if you're there for the city trip and city discovery, it has an easy access to the Narita airport and shinkansen express trains. The hotel is just in front of a beautiful park with the lake full of lotuses. The only thing that we were afraid while we were reading the comments about the hotel was the room size but it wasn't absolutely a problem since the internal room design is perfectly done to fulfill everything

  Superb and convenient location with train station just next to hotel. Shopping malls and eateries are everywhere around. Room was very spacious and clean. Called house-keeping for child slippers for my daughters and were delivered within 10 minutes. The house-keeping staff took initiative and delivered not only slippers but also additional towels ... ce que les gens disent » and toothbrushes. Am very glad that we are going to stay there when we return from Hokkaido later this month. :) - The convenient location to train and subway lines. Also the many restaurants within the complex. Comfortable rooms and very friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel.

  What i liked most about Hyatt Regency is the location; excellent location, very close to Shinjuku station. And if you are not in the mood for the 5 minute walk to the station, there is the complimentary shuttle bus which leaves from the hotel every 20 minutes to Shinjuku station and Odakyu dept store. Since we have special dietary needs (halal food) the staff at the caffee were very understanding and helful and warn - Overall nice hotel. But a few points stood out. The Japanese staff were unfailingly polite and obliging. But my check-in was marred by a short Caucasian male concierge staff who cut the queue with another customer without apology. While the local staff were polite they did not hand over enough information such that I repeated myself three times about my Michel Troisgros booking. Access to pool and gym should not be restricted to Passport members but all guests!

I liked that the location is conveniently near a bus stop, several convenience stores and a number of restaurants. Also, the overall value for the money is quite good.   Nice big comfortable newly renovated rooms. Service staffs spoke English and were very helpful. 10 mins walk to JR Shinjuku station through the covered walkway, which had convenience stores, cafés and shops around. With airport shuttle, made it very convenient to get to / fro from airport. The room 1869 was really huge for Japan standard. We had a nice view too. Room was spotlessly clean and location was really central. Lots of cafe, restaurants and convinience stores nearby. Staff was really helpful. Convenient as free shuttle to Disneyland was provided and tours can be booked in the lobby.

  Excellent English was spoken .. When we finally checked in it was a breeze. Good sized room even with an extra bed in it. We had a view but more of the Disney car park. Courtesy shuttle from monorail traction to hotel was an added bonus .. It is up hill walking to the station was ok. There is a coin laundry on site, but the dryer seems to take a ... ce que les gens disent » long time. Wifi is free in the lobby but for Y1000 you can get it in the room with the bonus of being able to have 3 devices use it. We heard no noi - - very conveniently located just opposite to the Monorail Bay Station..can easily walk over ..otherwise they also have shuttle service to the station every 5 mins - Airport shuttle has a stop just at the hotel, very convenient! - we have rooms facing Disneyland can see firework at night and also we have rooms that face the bay front

  The Concierge, Mrs Fukazawa, was truly excellent. She has superb English and she is always excited to help with any question. She has excellent ideas for how to help her guests and thinks well ahead to ensure success and comfort. Fukazawa-san is a real treasure of the Sheraton! When we had to change plans at short notice due to typhoon and related bad weather, she showed excellent flexibility to ensure - We were fortunate enough to meet Ishida (I think he was a concierge). We had o oarganise extremely urgent flights, taxis & transfers coaches to Niseko. Having someone like Ishida who showed initiaitve & outstanding customer service was a complete god send to us at a very stressful time. We thankyou & all of your staff for having at least one to two staff who could speawk clear English
