  Loved the hotel's location. It's very accessible from the Osaka Park Subway Stop on the JR Loop. Makes it super easy to get around and it's lovely to get up early and go for a walk in the park! We paid extra for a room with a castle view and it was well worth it. You have a nice view of the Osaka Castle & Park and the river. The nearest station is Osaka-jokoen, a 5-minute walk from the hotel. There is a convenience store at the nearby building but it closes at 11pm. From the Kansai airport (night arrival), it is more convenient to take the airport limo bus to Hankyu Hotel, then take the taxi to New Otani.

  The hotel is beautiful, fancy, very clean and the room was big and comfortable. The staff was excellent, could speak English very well and was always helpful. They have directions printed out to major attractions and can explain every step of the trip very well. The staff also gives good advice on where to go and what to do in Osaka.   The location is good, not far from Shinsaibashi and Yotsubashi station. The staff was good, they let us leave my luggage at the hotel before checking in. The public bath is awesome and open almost all day and all night. The room is clean and full of facilities. The supermarket is just next to the hotel.   Easy access to and from kyōbashi train station on the jr Osaka loop line. Daiei was a covered 2 min walk from hotel so we could easily go buy Japanese snacks to bring home for family and friends. Most of the front desk spoke pretty good English, so there wasn't a communication barrier. The rooms were clean and bigger than the rooms in Tokyo. Even if it were a little more expensive, it would still be a great hotel. - This hotel took me by surprise. I just booked it for the location (close to Kyobashi station) so it would be easy to go to the airport the next day. But wow! What a hotel! It felt so luxurious! The staff was very friendly and helpful, it was very clean, the rooms were very spacious and the view from the room was amazing! I will definitely stay there on my next visit to Osaka.

  I had a great time at Capsule Inn and it is located extremely close to Osaka Station! I would definitely stay there again! - Excellent concept. Very clean, comfortable and does the job.

  Great, clean room. Fair size in Japan standards. Great spa on the roof available to guests for free, which I made use of almost every day. Staff speaks good English, which is also rare in Japan. - Design is very modern, hot spring in top floor is excellent. Drink machine in 7th floor with ice provided. Fantastic!! Staffs are nice and helpful.
