Loved the hotel's location. It's very accessible from the Osaka Park Subway Stop on the JR Loop. Makes it super easy to get around and it's lovely to get up early and go for a walk in the park! The castle-view room at the 12th floor is very spacious for a couple. You have a nice view of the Osaka Castle & Park and the river. The nearest station is Osaka-jokoen, a 5-minute walk from the hotel. There is a convenience store at the nearby building but it closes at 11pm. From the Kansai airport (night arrival), it is more convenient to take the airport limo bus to Hankyu Hotel, then take the taxi to New Otani.

The hotel is located very conveniently at the Railway Station - Osaka Uhenomachi . The Bus to & from Kansai Airport is very convenient and cost efficient compared to a taxi.

The location was fantastic as there were two train lines running just beneath and the shuttle bus to the Kansai Airport was at its doorstep. The shopping complex and multiple restaurants next door at Kintetsu was also very convenient!

Excellent location,easy access to train & subway station, to the Kuromon fresh food market, shopping arcades, lots of good restaurants around. Very friendly and helpful staffs. The room is spacious, clean and well equipped especially a washer/ dryer, like a small home. When ever I go to Osaka I'll definitely choose to stay in Fraser Residence

Location is exceptional, very near to Takashimaya, Dotonbori, Kurumon market and more. By taking Exit 4 at Namba station, follow the pathway leading to Takashimaya and walk towards Namba Park the cross the road, will get you to hotel. Discounted tickets to kaiyuan Aquarium and Hankyu tickets to KIX are sold at the reception. Staff are polite and helpful. We had a great time there and best of all, there is s washer cum dryer in the apartment.

Plus points 1) The hotel is directly opposite Tennoji Station which is one of the major stations in Osaka. 2) It is about 100 meters from the front door of the Hotel to the train platform for the train to the airport. You don't have to drag your luggages for long distances. 3) The room size is big for Japanese standards.4) The bathroom is superb very bright and filled with full bathroom amenities.5) The toilet seat is heated.6) The shower is great. It is easy to control the water temperature.

Great, clean room. Fair size in Japan standards. Great spa on the roof available to guests for free, which I made use of almost every day. Staff speaks good English, which is also rare in Japan. -
Design is very modern, hot spring in top floor is excellent. Drink machine in 7th floor with ice provided. Fantastic!!
