Excellent and helpful staff. They did contact me a long time before my
stay and provide me assistance. I got a quiet and comfy room. Although
its a little bit far from the Nagoya station, I found lots of good
resturants and shops nearby. About 10 mins walk to the shopping area! I
will stay there again for sure! -

located in downtown centre, surrounded by shopping centres, bars, and restaurants. 1 minute's walk to the skyboat, TV tower and the beautiful central park. 30-40 minutes' walk to Nagoya JR Station;1 minute's walk from another metro station. -
The room was fine, small but comfortable. The bed was very good. I didn't eat at the hotel's restaurants

A nice surprise, booked at the last minute and not expecting much but the room was nicely finished with a great city/park view. Easy walking distance from shops and restaurants, staff was friendly and spoke superb English. Underground self parking was included and very easy. I'd come back to this hotel. -

Very comfortable and friendly hotel middle of Nagoya centrum (shopping area, but also Nagoya casttle and railway station are near). Very nice and helpfull staff. Also I love the sauna and hot bath, swimmingpool was beautiful and enough big for a real swimming. -

This is my 3rd time staying with the hotel. Great service from the hotel staff, room is exceptionally comfortable and the hotel is just right beside Kanayama Station, making it very convenient as I do not need to drag my luggage a long way. The staff were awesome. Especially the bell boy and front desk staff.
The front desk staff comfortably spoke English and were very helpful.
The bell boy was so farm, charming and had a great smile which was very
welcoming. The breakfast buffet had everything a Japanese or Western
visitor could dream of for breakfast and it was all delicious. My
Japanese boyfriend and I want to come back again very soon. The price
was very reasonable

We liked this hotel as the room was very spacious compared to some in Japan. Usually rooms here are quite small but we found this just right. Staff friendly and very helpful. Hotel was very close to Nihombashi Bridge which was excellent for me. Nice and quiet rooms were appreciated. -
Staff were courteous, and the lady who cleaned our room, Bravo

The location in Sakai is very convenient and the subway entry is a short stroll away.
The subway will get you to all of the major sites in Nagoya.

Very convenient location. Just a few minutes walk to Sakae station, and the underground shopping mall, Oasis 21, etc. connected to it. It's also on the same street of a bunch of restaurants and entertainment places. The hotel is not big, but a cosy one.

Friendly and courteous staff! Lobby is on 2nd floor... front desk person walked me to the street on check out to ensure I got a taxi, and that driver understood where I needed to go. -
