  It is a very cosy, comfortable hotel. The onsen is superb with great view of the city. The massage is also great, skillful staff and great value for money compared to other 5-star hotels that we have stayed in Japan. We got a room with a huge bed and tatami space, there were enough beddings & space for 2 adults and 2 grown up children (althoug... ce que les gens disent » h we only got a 4 yr old). Hence, enough space for play which is rare in Japan. The staff are friendly and helpful although only speak basic English. - Th location is good, walk to Mt Hakodate rope way is around 20 mins. The hotel itself is next to the red brick warehouses.

  Convenient location near station with short, easy, level walk. Easy to find. Staff helpful in business style budget hotel. Room small but functional. Well located for exploring the great European history of early Japan. Visit renovated wharf area for some great eating and shopping. Needed more time to take in this city. - This hotel is really a s... ce que les gens disent » tone's throw away from Hakodate Station. A 7-11 store is just next door, so it is really convenient. Staff is friendly, there is a public bath but unfortunately we did not make use of it. Value for money. We booked two rooms, and the hotel was very nice to provide us with connecting rooms.
