There is a natural hot spring bath onsite, on the top floor. The location is amazing, just across from JR Hakodate station.

Single room is very small, especially the bathroom which is still alright as they have natural hot spring bath on site. The wall is thin. I was asleep and the noise from my next door neighbour woke me up

Loved the 13th floor onsen, great view. Across the road from JR Hakodate was easy.

Very good location and nature spring water. Room is small but bigger than others of Japan. Everything is good , when you walk out of jr station, you can see this hotel.
