Hotel new and perfect facility. The best for families and business trip. Nice and kind staff. Speak good English. Location perfect.

Location. Just beside the fish market n station. The room comes w kitchenette living room. Very spacious unlike most japan hotel room its come with a jacuzi which auto refill water at 42 degree like onsen. Superbe!! Have it everynight The staff speaks good english n very helpful the hotel provide stoller for kids which was very helpful you can rent a car. Ample of parking spaces at only 500 yen per day free wifi overall one the best hotels I stayed in Japan so far

Very spacious rooms nicely decorated.

Advertised view of Hakodate Bay was a misinformation. It could only be seen by leaning over the balcony and looking right. Immediate view was a car park and buildings. Distant view was Mount Hakodate.

Location is great, it's just a minute walk to the fish market. Love the apartment, very spacious and comfy. Very well-equipped kitchen, easy to get around.

Convenient location, walking distance to JR Station and next to the morning market. Staff was helpful and spoke excellent English. Room was excellent, clean and spacious. Wish we could have stayed longer.

After a minor problem we where conducted to a suberb room, extremely well conceived, a room not only big, but with a wonderful view from the living room and the bathroom. The kitchen is fully furnished, we had breakfast in the morning sitting in a very nice veranda. An Hakodate is a place to visit. Finally, the hotel is extremely well located, in between the station and the historical district.

the staff is very friendly and helpful very spacious room, the room is with kitchen and large living room. great balcony view, close to train station and the local seafood market. Highly recommend!!

It's a modern and stylish apartment which suits a group of friends and family. The location is convenient and just next to the fish market, we can buy seafood and cook within the apartment. 20 minutes walk to the ropeway and can view the fantasy night scene of Hakodate.

1 bathroom for 4 people is a bit tight schedule in the morning when everyone needs the restroom.

The hotel location is excellent, walking distance to fresh market and restuarant. We have onsen in our room which really nice so relax. The room is clean and pretty new. I will be back.
