I got there and was told bookings.com didn't placed my reservation. That was fun!
excellent water pressure very comfortable bed
room is dated I was on the 7th floor- the carpet in the hallway looked very old and had a musty smell.
Location,,also, thee staffs were awesome!
Fairly pricey. Need to be more competitive with other 5 stars accomodations in the area!

Service, location and friendly staff.
Nothing.
The rooms were clean and comfortable and the amenities (soaps, etc were nice). The on site coffees shop was very convenient.
Internet did not work. The hotel said they provided airport shuttle but do not. The early morning reception staff was surly. The room price was too high for the level of service provided.
