  The Hotel was absolutely perfect. Staff could not have been friendlier the Restaurant food was truly amazing, the waiters attentive and provided a service second to none. The SPA as the best I have ever been to, it was spotlessly clean and again the staff were superb. The Room was lovely, the whole decor of the hotel was truly gorgeous. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. The restaurant is very nice with excellent food and wine being served. The service was very professional and helpful (they offered to open the breakfast buffet earlier so that we could have breakfast before setting off).

  Very nice place for stayimg in Gargnano. Extremely comfortable and clean. Very close to the center of the town. Free parking (great problem with parkin in Gargniano - paege, quite expencive). Extremely friendly staff. Lovely swimming pool - I used it every day (we stayed for 5 days). We felt really as at home.   All staff were helpful and went out of their way to make our stay as good as it could be. Rooms were clean and lots of crockery and cutlery. Little private garden area for each of the ground floor apartments, and these had outdoor table and chairs, umbrella and deck chairs. We ha - We stayed for 9 nights while travelling all the time and coming to sleep at night. We ordered a two bedroom apartment which was very comfortable for our family of two adults and 3 children (16,14,10). The staff was very friendly and helpful when needed. We really enjoyed our stay and surely recommend it to others.
