We stayed 3 nights in Relais Frattina, everything was perfect. The hotel
is in perfect location in central Rome, close to the Spanish Steps,

The staff were beyond helpful and kind. Spoke clearly and had pre planned all possibilities, including a highlighted map and some fantastic affordable restaurant options which we went to and were superb! Comfortable beds and both rooms and bathroom were sparkling clean! Right in the shopping central but beautifully quiet. Cannot praise it highly enough!

Location is excellent in - walking distance to most major attractions. Lots of good restaurants close by. Room size was great, very spacious and very clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is great! Breakfast - in the room or on the common terrace -
very good. This is a b&b on the 2nd floor of an old block, and once
you get to the 2nd floor it's excellent, the rooms are large, well
fitted out, clean and well serviced. However, although the booking
photos show the plaza, the entrance to the building is a steel barred
gate on a small side street which the taxi found tough to locate. The
initial impression from the entrance gate is therefore not as expected.

Breakfast was an added bonus, not normally expected in an apartment.

Rome is a great place to visit,we found the Romans friendly people but bad drivers(some insults were transmitted),having rented bikes made all the difference to visit the city,amazingly few people cycle around,the food is great

Location is excellent, right in the heart of Rome only a 5 minute walk from the Piazza Novana. Avoid any restaurants near the Piazza, the food is awful and over priced, instead opt for the cafes/restaurants located down the side streets near the hotel - you won't be disappointed.

The staffs were super! They made us feel coming back to Rome and this B&B again.
When I asked some questions, they gave me more than I expected. The location was just around Navona where local people came and enjoyed restaurants and bars! We could find great restaurants and a super market just a few minutes from B&B. There are some buses pass by the main street near B&B, so we came back from Piazza Venice and Termini station by bus. It took only 1.5 Euro and 15 - 20 mins.

It is very well located near Trastevere and Campo Di Fiori. The place is very small, it is only one floor with 3 rooms and a small kitchen to have breakfast but rooms are clean and confortable.
Betta is the person in charge of receiving customers and cleaning the rooms and she was very kind with us. -

I booked The Relais Julia for my parents 40th wedding anniversary. The
hotel went to great lengths to make my parents stay a special one. I was
so delighted when I heard of the welcome they received. Thank you so

We stayed in one of their apartments which was fantastic. Two bathrooms,
kitchen, sitting room and loft bedroom. There was a well stocked grocery
store close by. The apartment was close to public transportation to

Can't recommend this place enough! Just a few minutes walking from both Repubblica metro station and Termini.
The staff was very friendly and nice, room super-clean, spacious, modern and comfortable.
Breakfast was nice but not great, it can be improved, although the freshly baked croissants and the roman-style focaccia were very yummy.
In short, I loved my stay and next time in Rome I know where to go. ;-)

which had a fridge you could use and cakes / tea / coffee left
out . Free breakfast from the cafe across the road. We had the economy
room with the external bathroom. 5 minutes walk from the Colosseum
although we did walk to the Vatican which took an hour. The metro
station was around the corner and for 1.50 euros takes you to the
Vatican in 10mins. If you have never been to Rome there isnt really a
central location to vis

Perfect location , near the Metro Station Ottaviano and at walking
distance from Vatican Museum and Saint Peter Church. Room and bathroom
are clean and of a good dimension. Breakfast is good and with different
choices. Owners are very kind and full of information to visit Rome and
location where to eat good quality food at cheap price. A 24 hours
bakery is beside the structure and a good ice cream shop few meters
away. A perfect location where to stay in Rome.
